Infinity cyclorama walls with 2 cove corners. 24' high ceiling with bouncing natural light from high windows that line a corner wall. Currently, no black out curtains but black out can be arranged from the roof in needed. MUST be arranged 24 hrs in advance. Small dressing/wardrobe area and a make up station. 900 sq ft total Spacious, flexible layout Double Cove Cyc wall 20’ W x 15’ H X 16’ Depth 480 sq ft of EQ & Staging space 100 sq ft HMU area inside stage Air conditioned 6x Dedicated 20 Amp 120v circuits 1x Dedicated 20 Amp 2 pole 208v circuit 24x Frosted industrial roof window panels for plenty of soft natural light 1x Large Double Cove Cyc wall inside stage ✦ PLEASE READ ALL INFO THOROUGHLY Regular studio booking hours are Mon-Sat 8am-8pm and Sun 10am-5pm. Bookings outside of our regular hours will be overtime which is 1.5X the hourly rate per hour over. ✦ One of five rooms that is situated inside of a large building. ✦ Shared / Community restrooms ✦ Not soundproof ✦ Live performances are allowed, however drums are NOT allowed unless a drum pad or silencer is used. ✦ Gated parking ✦ Please no children on site unless they are talent. Children must be attended to and supervised by an adult.
