Bookings outside of our regular hours will be overtime which is 1.5X the hourly rate per hour over. ✦ One of five rooms that is situated inside of a large building. ✦ Shared / Community restrooms ✦ Not soundproof ✦ Live performances are allowed, however drums are NOT allowed unless a drum pad or silencer is used. ✦ Gated parking ✦ Please no children on site unless they are talent.
