About the Space
stunning NEW SPACIOUS LOFT (( TWO 2 HOURS MINIMUM )) located in the heart of downtown LA ,and is located on the 8th floor of the building with a beautiful view of the city the single-story loft is 1200 sqft and contains large Windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight. (( NEW SALE: BOOKINGS A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS OR MORE WILL HAVE A BETTER PRICE, You can text us and we will be here to help you, its our promotion for 2024 )) (( TWO 2 HOURS MINIMUM )) (( TWO 2 HOURS MINIMUM )) ((windows facing south the entrance of light is from 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm on sunny days)) You'll love our space the view is very impressive, you will not stop from looking at the windows. The lighting enters from 11am to 6:00 pm now that the windows are toward the south side. The lighting is completely beautiful. If you do not like the natural lighting, we have curtains to block it. The studio is filled with accessories like chairs and tables, lovely mirrors that you can use for your shoot. The space has an AC for hot days, the fridge will always have cold water for you and your team and we have a coffee maker if you like coffee. The studio will always be found completely cleaned now that we are very strict with how it's cleaned. You should give back the studio the same way you found it and you should leave at the exact time your booking ends now that normally we have a booking after another and we do not want to bother your stay in the space ( please respect the rules to not receive any fees) free amenities / perks included: .high speed WIFI .A/C .clothing rack .folding table and chairs .abundant natural light .8th floor stunning views of the city .white walls &concrete floor .stand for lights .beautiful mirrors .makeup area .beautiful paradise plant .professional ring light .fridge .coffee maker .work ladder .restrooms man /women .bluetooth speaker .there are two elevators: one passenger ,one freight .the building is located near several pay parking lots and street-meters .((ATTENTION)) : please be aware that your set up and clean up must be done within your booking period. as soon as your booking end we may have a booking starting right after . please be considerate and leve on time . .before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location .
