In the heart of the San Fernando Valley, our home is a beautifully remodeled 1,800 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family residence on a large 8,000 sq ft lot with a 2 car detached garage. Minutes away from many of the major production studios in Burbank, our home is conveniently situated near major LA freeways like the 101, 134 and 170.

Awesome place for a low-budget production! The AC is a bit slow and it can get really hot in the house without the AC. Recommend bringing many fans. Additionally, there are a lot of planes and helicopters flying over the house so something to look out for. All the other things are perfect and Blake is a great host!
