About the Space

This studio is one of the most successful acting studios in the country, situated in the desirable North Hollywood neighborhood. We have a large converted warehouse space, totaling 5700 sq/ft, and offer a number of spaces for small-scale work use, meetings, events and shoots. Perfect spaces for small conference meetings, readings, photo shoots, and video/film shoots. Our 3 studio spaces, 2 offices, conference area, bathrooms, hallways, seating area, and kitchen are available for use. We have a view of Circus Liquor store across the street, which has been featured in several films, TV shows, and media, including 90's classic Clueless and Snoop Dogg's music video. The parking lot has 10 spots, with lots of street parking typically available. Wifi, air conditioning, and kitchen amenities are available. 1 men's 2-stall bathroom, 1 women's 2-stall bathroom, plus 2 gender neutral single use bathrooms. One story, very accessible and ability friendly. Rooms and bathrooms with mirrors that can be used for hair/makeup/wardrobe if needed. We are available to rent out individual spaces in the building at various times of day and evening (sometimes classes in certain studios will be in session that take priority) and we are open to renting out the entire space as per request. Quick descriptions of each studio space: Studio A - our biggest space; has fans, dimmable lights, stage lights, a skylight, and can fit about up to 40 people; 35 ft 2 in x 22 ft 4 in x 17 ft 6 in. Studio B - our "in between" space; a square shaped studio with standing lights, and can hold about up to 30 people, 23 ft 8 in x 22 ft 10 in x 15 ft 2 in. Studio C - our smallest space and our top filming / self tape production studio; has cameras, 2 large dimmable studio lights, most intimate, has tiered sitting, and can hold up to about 20 people, 23 ft 10 in x 18 ft 2 in x 10 ft 8 in.
