great space highly recommend looks just as pictured, a little tight but you will make it work

This is the vision of an artist curated from the perspective of an artist. Working along side some very influential people, most recently Kanye West, you will see that inspiration in the space. Using natural elements, with a minimalist approach, this space is perfect for photoshoots , videos, meetings, dinners, and small events. With moments through out, any creative can find use of the space. With a lot of LED installations all controlled from an iPad. There are more rental options just inquire. This space has private street entry which makes loading in very easy. There is no entry to the other side of the building , however there is a lot privacy which makes it perfect for sound Located in beautiful South Park Downtown LA, you are going to LOVE this space.
