Paul is a gracious host and his home is finished with amazing detailed elegance. The house is open and bright.

Gorgeous Contemporary Scandinavian Farmhouse wrapped in Hemlock and sited in a typical California West LA neighborhood with large trees in front. Home is two stories, with high end designer finishes and an open floor plan. Living area is centered on enclosed fireplace, opens to the dining and chefs kitchen, and features a large 15 ft bifold door which opens to a contemporary Hemlock pergola. Enormous 9ft windows in the bedrooms bring in abundant light. Truly an architectural luxury setting, nestled in a classic bungalow neighborhood.
