About the Space
Beautiful brightly lit and colorful photography/production studio & event space with a gorgeous view of DTLA. We are located right in the heart of the Fashion District in Downtown LA. With our studio you have the option of four glamorous contemporary settings. Three sets with vibrant colors and one with a neutral tone black and white. Once your shoot in the studio is finished you can always shoot on the streets of DTLA for even more looks. Our location is fairly large at 1,600 sq ft so there is plenty of room for you and your production team to move around. Furniture can be moved around to fit your personal needs. Once you have entered this space you will be blown away by how your creative juices will begin to flow. This space is expressive and will leave you and your guests with a memorable experience that is unmatched. Furniture can also be moved around to fit your personal needs. If using for an event, there is great natural daylight in the studio. You will get gallery vibes with the setup in this space. RATES: Production Rate: $45 per hour - 2 hour minimum Event Rate: $100 per hour + $100 cleanup fee - 4 hour minimum Meeting Rate: $65 per hour - 2 hour minimum (Meeting bookings come included with tables and chairs for 40 guests and HD projector with 75" screen) PARKING: Onsite parking is available in our building for $10 on weekdays and $20 on weekends. There are also numerous other parking structures/lots in the immediate vicinity. Street parking is $2-$4 a hour and parking meters stay on from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday street parking is free.

This is a beautiful space, just like the pictures. Elizabeth was great, communicative, friendly and helpful. I loved shooting here and would definitely recommend it. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that the large windows at the back do not have drapes on them (at least when I was there), so for me personally with just a very simple set up and no real way to control the light the pictures in that area came out somewhat overexposed. But if you're a real photographer (not like me with my camera phone lol) that may not be a problem, and the backdrops/set pieces were all around stunning. :)
