About the Space

Our home is on the 2nd floor of a Victorian house, situated at the edge of downtown Los Angeles in the historic Pico Union neighborhood. The space has an artistic, eclectic, bohemian, gypsy vibe and is filled with a mix of sculptural and vintage objects, as well as unique pieces from our world travels. The space feels very organic, as if the objects have been collected and curated over many years, each room unfolding and revealing itself the more you linger. Other notable features: striking colors, dramatic ceilings, and natural light. We are a couple (Claudius and Amanda) and Airbnb Super Hosts with over 800 reviews, so we're very used to welcoming others into our home. Claudius works in production design on films, commercials, and music videos, so he's experienced working with crews to shoot all types of productions. He's also a sculptor and has created many of the unique pieces in our home.
