Great space for my film shoot. Such a beautiful home and it really helped us bring our story to life. Erin was great and her communication was fantastic. She was always super helpful.
Built in the 1920’s, this craftsman home sits on a large lot at the base of Laurel Canyon. There is a large backyard space for you to film in or host your production crew when they’re not filming. This home also has a spacious driveway that fits up to 6 cars if need be. The inside of this home is furnished with both mid-century and cozy furniture.
While the living room and dining area have north facing original windows, the kitchen is consistently well lit with natural light. The living room has an especially craftsman-like stone fireplace.
Overall, this home has a youthful and personable style. This house is great for a variety of productions, as we have experience hosting student films, commercial shoots, and cooking videos. Erin is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with! She’s very understanding and does her best to accommodate us for the entire time that we were there. The place is gorgeous as well.
