Film/shoot in a centrally-located apartment, in the heart of the city in Los Angele’s vibrant enclave of La Brea next to Park La Brea, Miracle-Mile and Greater Wilshire / Hancock Park. Beautiful minimalist chic apt features minimal yet contemporary and calm vibes, a place to gather for small crew filming or lifestyle/product photoshoots. Indoor shooting only. Must get permission/approval for outdoor/exterior shooting. Production insurance is required for all bookings. Centrally-located area with restaurants shops like République, Met Him at a Bar & All Season Brewing Company around the corner, Starbucks coffee shop, yummy eateries & health food grocery all within several blocks radius. Anything can be moved as long as you put it back the way it was originally. We take Covid safety seriously and make our best effort to provide a safe environment, following CDC guidelines. The home will be sanitized prior to production, and hand sanitizer/soap will be provided as well. Let's Create!
