About the Space

Cali Casa is a modern Spanish, light-filled, 2 story abode in the heart of West LA - just blocks from the 10 freeway and a few minutes from UCLA. Custom built and designed with millennial design preferences in mind, you'll find chic instagrammable touches throughout. The main floor is an open concept which houses our formal living room with black framed french doors, a sleek oak mantle above a Cle tile fireplace, a record player, and California-inspired art. Our chef's kitchen contains an oversized Carrera marble island with waterfall edges, a 48 inch Wolf range, a modern glazed brick backsplash, and black and brass pendant lights from Cedar and Moss. The dining room is home to a large live-edge wood table, Eames chairs, and a fiddle-leaf fig tree, of course! Don't forget the palm print powder room with brass fixtures! Upstairs, you'll find our serene all white master suite with huge windows that frame the trees and views of Century City. Our spa-like bath contains an all marble wet room. The outdoors is an oasis unto itself with an arched-in porch, cactus garden, fire pit with built-in smooth stucco bench, a grassy lawn, and black and white concrete tile patio in the iconic "fez" pattern. The possibilities in our casa are endless! We work in film and are extremely familiar with the industry, so don't hesitate to reach out with specific shooting questions.
