We're proud to introduce our bright and modern designer home centrally located in Los Angeles. We've had great success with our first Giggster location, so we decided to open another home. Inside you'll find 1600 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds. Enjoy immense natural light, a beautiful modern kitchen with white oak open shelving, a designer dining room, two bathrooms with beautiful tile, a peaceful master bedroom with warm details, a modern lounge room with a (copyright-free!) artwork gallery wall and blush velvet settee, and French oak wide plank wood flooring throughout. The home has many beautiful props to make your shoot seamless. Optional kid decor, including a bed, teepee, toys and poufs provided if needed. Our lush backyard boasts a beautiful modern lounge area with birds of paradise, native California grasses, olive tree and bougainvillea, with a seating area for 6. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and there is ample street parking for up to 12 cars. Team cars over 12 can rent a local lot. We can provide info. We welcome teams that are respectful of the home and neighborhood. Please inquire for 15+ people. Pet fee is $350. We look forward to having you!
