Beautiful West Hollywood Hills Mansion formerly owned by 3 time Grammy winning music legend Bill Withers. The large rooftop (accessible via spiral staircase) offers unbelievable panoramic views from the Pasadena Hills to DTLA to the Pacific Ocean. The roof includes a patio area, dining area and rooftop gym, all of which are movable to meet your production's demand. Arched pathways as well as multiple patios and balconies around the house offer a Mediterranean elegance looking down on the world famous Sunset Strip. Large kitchen includes kitchen island and wetbar. Spacious living room is home to arched windows, massive television, and U-shaped wraparound couch. Dining room features a full-wall mirror and table that transforms into a pool table. Backyard, between multiple patios looking out on DTLA features terraced garden with orange trees, flowers and aloe bushes.
