About the Space

5 houses from the beach, large, Spanish-style Venice house, original 1936 stunning architectural features. On a Venice walk-street with ample parking. PRICING- PLEASE NOTE For use of the front and back yard, 4 car parking, and walk street only, it is $125/hour with a 4 hour minimum and a $100 cleaning fee. This also includes use of a guest bathroom, one person in the house at a time. We are on an iconic Venice walk street, with Muscle Beach and the Skate Park at the end of the street. For the entire property, it is $275/hour with an 8 hour minimum and a $200 cleaning fee.

    All around a great experience! Kelli was prompt in returning messages or answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend this location to anyone else looking to shoot a beautiful house in Venice.

    Beautiful, spacious home a block away from Venice beach. Location looks like the pics and the owners were very accommodating/hospitable. Used this place to film a digital video, no major problems despite it being in the heart of Venice and right by the boardwalk. Plenty of lots in the area to park in, just price-check to make sure you're not being gouged.
