Private Backroom Event Space in Brooklyn

About the Space

The Venue is Open Daily for expanded outdoor seating & service, with take away option. We have 2 spaces , we have the Backroom performance / Event space that is Vaccinated people only! That Backroom space we can rent out. Additionally we have the CDC Compliant Front room Bar {Seperated but connected space} that would be 'In Support' of that Event, & is always open to the Public. Our Backroom performance space has a Capacity of 45 people, & our Backroom performance stage is not raised & can fit comfortably 4 musicians, 5 is cramped but possible. There is plenty of additional overflow space in the front-room & front and back yards. However Performances are neither visible nor audible from any other space. These are cost estimates for backroom rental, they do NOT include the cost of any drinks or food, & do NOT include tips! On Fri & Sat nights It does include one waitress/sound person, 1 kitchen cook available (Order & Pick-up counter), & 2 bartenders. Access to backroom Equipment under staff supervision. All other nights or days would be only 1 Bartender & 1 kitchen cook, no table service, no sound person. Front room would NOT be closed to the general public- only the Backroom.. We ask the booking party to Guarantee us a particular amount that their party goers will spend on an average night. If you have 30 people for 2 hours (Fri or Sat 9pm til 11pm- Our absolute Prime time Week-end Hours) then the bar would expect to make $2000.00 at least .... 40 people X $25 X 2 Hours. If your crowd matches our very low estimated minimum, then the room cost nothing, if they spend $1000.00 then you owe the bar $1000.00! If the crowd spends $2000.00 then you owe us nothing. This is the only way we can be sure we are not giving up prime real-estate for a Non cash spending crowd. I am sure you understand. If you wanted a Fri or Sat prime time 9pm until 11pm then that number would have to go up and if you wanted a sat afternoon, or a off night evening the number would go down. In this sort of circumstance we keep the customers Credit Card Number on file to Hold the Space. Up to 5 weeks prior to event there is No charge for any cancellation.
