Every shoot is negotiable according to footprint/hours. Please inquire about rates and current availability. Built in 1952, Vivid Modern is a mid- century modern home in the hills near Glendale. Features views of the hills from the Palm Springs-style pool. The living room features soaring ceilings intersected with architectural beams, natural light galore, and hardwood floors. Centered around a picturesque kidney-shaped pool and geometric hot tub. The eclectic decor with modern lucite dining table and original art pay homage to its Mid-Century roots as well as using contemporary pieces so it does not feel dated.
