What activities work well in your space? This is a multi-purpose space amazing for movie sets, editorial photo + video shoots, commercial sets, events, and premiers. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? This facility has 2 levels both are 7500 sqft plus an available rooftop, it is open and allows the client to create worlds where ever they see fit. What unique features or amenities does your space have? A couple of my favorite unique features are our alley way in the rear and our rooftop with amazing 360 views of the downtown Los Angeles area. What’s around your space? This facility is nestled by a few trendy cafés, the famous 6th Street Bridge, Warner Music, The Soho House, and some of the best boutique shops in LA.
