A spacious 1400 square foot studio perfect for photo shoots, and video shoots. Features: - Full size 23ft wide, 12ft deep, 15ft high cyc - (5) C-Stands, (2) V-Flats, Inovativ cart, (6) Sandbags, (2) Apple Boxes, (2) 25ft Stingers, 10ft Ladder, Garment Rack, Full Length Mirror, Hair Blower, and Steamer included in rental. Choose a lighting kit included in rental: Strobe Kit Includes: - 2 Profoto B1X Strobes - 2 Batteries - 3 Pocket Wizards - 1 3ft Elinchrom Softbox - 1 6ft Elinchrom Softbox Continuous Kit Includes: - 1 Aputure LS 600D - 1 Aputure Nova p300c Panel - 1 Leko Light - 1 5ft Dome for LS 600D - 1 Softbox for p300c Panel Space is on the 3rd floor. Short flight of steps. A large freight elevator is located at the side entrance. You can easily pull up right next to the freight and load in. The freight is directly next to the studio space for easy loading in and out. I will typically assist in using the freight elevator. I give everyone a 15 minute grace period for loading in and loading out. I realize since being on the 3rd floor, pulling up car to unload, and then going to park takes a bit of time. So please feel free to show up roughly 15 minutes early to unload. An stay an extra 15 minutes to load out properly. You can typically find street parking within' a block or two of the studio. On 2nd street next to Moroccan Lounge there is 10hr meter parking for a couple bucks as well. There is indoor visitor parking at \ 905 E 2nd St \ 2 blocks away as well. This is not a natural light studio. During the day we get a bit of light from the north facing windows. Black out curtains are easy to pull across the windows to fully blackout the studio. The house lights are controlled by an iPad. All are hue bulbs for easy color control. There is a ton of gear available at the studio for rent as well. Please visit my SG profile for listings.
