A lively minimal modern apartment located near Studio City with a hint of Venice Beach or Boho feelings. Recently renovated but built in the 1920s. The apartment has white walls, custom art, a white kitchen, dimmer controlled overhead lights in every room but the bathroom, the original picture windows, an open top upright piano, and all sunlight can be easily controlled - Ready for you to make the space your own! Managed by a filmmaker for filmmakers! Fast response times, easy scouting and film-friendly site-reps. --Scouting-- I am open for location scouting between 9am and 2pm Monday through Friday by appointment only. Off hours scouting subject to availability and additional charges may apply. --Gear Available-- Message me for rentals. I have a Canon Mark IV 5D, basic lights with diffusion, tripods, available. Rent where you shoot - save time, save money! --Furnishings-- While I furniture available for your production to use free of charge we do not guarantee their availability or condition as part of the booking (which should be considered “space only”). If a prop is critical to your production I would recommend bringing it in rather than relying on what is here. -- Overtime Policy -- Please note: Giggster's policy is to charge 1.5x overtime for any hours outside your booking. If you go one hour over and paid $100/hr, that hour would be $150! As a location, it's very important to us that we have an accurate idea of the exact number of hours you intend to book. If you contact me up to 24hrs in advance I will be happy to extend your booking hours at the base rate to avoid the higher overtime rate. Otherwise, overtime will be billed at 1.5x your booking rate. -- Booking Policy -- All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. If you do not have an approved booking here on Giggster your dates are not reserved. Inquiries about the location or coming by to scout the location will not place any form of hold on your dates. I do not offer soft-holds at this time.

Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed

Any damage will result in a minimum $200 fee or at cost repair, whichever is more

Any trash or debris left by your shoot inlcuding water bottles, chip bags etc. will result in a $150 fine

If you refuse to leave you will be responsible for paying the other shoots booking fees and/or any damages they claim

If you refuse to leave after your overtime has been capped you will be charged a $500 penalty

If there is a shoot after yours we may cap your overtime to 1 additional hour

No painting without permission

Any indication of smoking on site will result in a $200 fine

No staple guns or wood screws in any walls please
