Two Story 10,000 sq. ft. building, beautiful concrete floors, high open ceilings, and new multi-stall ADA compliant restrooms. This large industrial creative space is ideal for off-site events, workshops + master classes, production office, rehearsal space, virtual reality shoots. Also available for photo shoots, film shoots, music videos, set builds, pop-up events and gallery. Open 24/7. However, no amplified music is allowed outside of the venue and all music must end by 10:00pm. We value our neighbors (which are a mix of residential and commercial) and request that doors remain shut unless you are hosting a public project and guests remain inside of the venue during the project.
