7,200 sq.ft. versatile Victorian/modern DTLA space

Our venue is multi-functional, versatile and spacious. The 7,200 sq. foot space is divided into smaller rooms in the front with a combination of exposed brick walls and luxurious wallpaper and chandeliers, and a large art gallery style space in the main hall with white brick walls, bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floor and four impressive chandeliers. One of the smaller rooms in the front is designed as a Victorian-style boudoir and the other as a cigar room. The main hall lends itself to a variety of set-ups, including long tables for weddings, product launch events, photography and film shoots. With the dozens of eclectic pieces of furniture and other decorations that come with your rental, you can dress up this place to make it your own. The space also offers a staircase and balcony and a club-style restroom with two men's and two women's stalls. A second restroom is a Victorian-style unisex, handicap accessible restroom. We would love to show you all the possibilities this venue can offer. Please contact me for a scout. Useful information: We have A/C and a swamp cooler at the venue. We do charge a small fee to run it. The rates published on Giggster are solely for music video/film production. Due to COVID-19, we are very selective as far as booking events. Please inquire about our rates. We open the doors at the start time you requested. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to wrap. Any additional time in 15-minute increments will be charged the hourly rate. The staff is here to help you with the following: Some of the art work at the venue can be used only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot. The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props across the floor. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across it. Please return all furniture and props to their original place. It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items. Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or paint on the walls. Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls. Please ask before you pug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts. Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items. There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow. It was an absolute dream shooting at Peter + Maria's space. Literally could have been there all day! The rooms are magical and make way for your imagination to go beyond what you see. The space was clean as well as the bathrooms which is a HUGE detail for me beyond covid a clean bathroom is everything! The accessibility of the space made way for a relaxing shoot and Peter was a grand host! Literally could have talked to Peter all day too but one must work! The magic of the rooms is quite unbelievable and the space is enormous and can exist in a multitude of forms. I truly know we chose the best place to create An Antebellum Theory and I look forward to seeing how the work comes alive via our photography. If they had a bed--we'd shoot the last of our film there in December. Maria has curated the space fantastically from books to furniture pieces. The kitchen is a great asset and of course, the bar was a nice add-on. LOVE THIS SPACE!

This location has unlimited potential. It also looks much better in person. It’s huge!!! And the host were extremely accommodating. At one point they helped us black out the windows without even asking. Great host. Great location

Maria and Peter were wonderful hosts and we got everything we needed done. They are super helpful and the place has so many good looks from the big room to all the little rooms. AC is reliable and kept the working conditions great for the day. That is sooooo important when your talent is dancing nonstop to keep them cool. I would for sure recommend this place. If you are reading this now stop looking at other places and just book it! You will thank me later. =)

Maria and Peter were very responsive to all our requests. The access to various pieces of furniture and props were a huge advantage for us. The perfect spot for our music video shoot!
