Fine details; wrought iron balusters, door panels & wall sconces, french doors, hardwood floors, fireplaces & archways endow this home with old world charm. Spacious kitchen. Beautiful tennis court. Perfect space for shooting a movie as the outdoor area is very large. Also perfect for a wedding as tennis net can be taken down and whole tennis court area can be transformed into sitting area.(inquire about wedding rates as they are higher) Scouting fee $75/hr
