$120/hr is our base rate. Please refer to the pricing tiers for your group size before booking. If you arrive with more attendees than you paid for, you will be charged the difference in pricing tiers.
Overtime (10 hours+) rate is 1.5x. **Giggster does not factor this in. We will need to send you a custom rate for any OT after 10 hours.
Also please let us know what you have planned. An additional fee applies for film/TV. Higher cleaning rates may apply depending on what you have planned (pets, dyes, glitter, paint, feathers, flowers, etc).
Rates include use of entire studio (main room + furnished loft set) as well as ladder, diffusion curtains, and black-out curtains.
An on-site rep to be available during the duration of your rental period in case you have any questions or issues.
Cleaning fees and site-rep fees may vary depending on the project. No pets unless approved prior to your rental (due to allergies, extra cleaning, etc). EVENTS ARE A HIGHER CLEANING FEE.

We are located up one flight of stairs. It is very wide (7ft) and there are no turns. There is not an elevator.

Please be advised this is not a sound-proof studio. Lav mics are recommended and be advised there will be a hum from the freeway.

Please message us before booking with details of your production. Depending on the number of people, etc. a different rate and/or cleaning fee may be required.
Grip and lighting gear on-site is available for rental. Please ask for rates before using any items.
For rentals spanning several days: overnight storage is not a problem, but it is at your own risk. We have exterior surveillance, and the area is very quiet at night, but you're more than welcome to hire security for extra peace of mind if you'd like.
Event rentals: All events must be fully vacated from the property by 11p, including trash, rentals, glassware, etc.
