Aerial room has exposed wood trusses from the 1920s. Brick walls, 26' exposed Douglas fir ceilings, Dance hall sound system, upper loft. Custom 7'-6" rustic wood doors. Three 4'x5' windows give some natural morning light. great for fitness videos, small trade shows, performances, art shows. No noise limits! 24 hr access.
