Please Space is located in Red Hook, Brooklyn just through the Battery Tunnel from Manhattan. The two raw lofts reside in an 1890’s warehouse with combined studio space over 20,000 square feet. They feature full-length windows, high ceilings, unobstructed views and an abundance of daylight, while also offering versatile blackout options. Please Space is a Qualified Level 1 Production Facility (QPF) for the New York State tax credit. It’s a venue for productions of all varieties including photography, film, fashion and other creative projects. Productions requiring the use of liquid will enjoy the wet studio, with a polished cement platform, drain, and temperature-controlled plumbing. Other amenities include a freight elevator that opens directly into each space, private entrance, client lounge/green room with iMacs, a full studio sound system and private bathrooms with luxury amenities.
