About the Space
Over 100 acres inside premiere gated Equestrian facility with park-like lawns and greenery, woodsy areas, paved road spanning main property, accessible trails, and river bed all surrounded by mountains. It is a perfect filming location for commercials, movies, TV, reality shows, music videos, still photography and is in very close proximity to the studios. The property features an award winning Craftsman style lodge with 60 foot pool, gardens and covered patio. See my other listing for renting the lodge as a filming location. Plenty of parking for over 100 vehicles, base camp/craft services, production equipment & transportation.

Great large space that can be used for a multitude of reasons. We used this space for filming a large baking show and utilized the front lawns, tennis courts, parking lots, and Ranch House. We had a crew of about 100 people so the ability to spread out was crucial to our production. Analia and the staff were great to work with and were very accommodating to our needs.

- Adult filming
- Equestrian operation must be respected. No filming of horses or riders without prior written permission.
- Mandatory Site Rep Fee of $500 per 10 hour day. Overtime after 10 hours is $650/hr which includes location and site rep
- Quiet after 9pm
