Beautiful craftsman style home built in 1924. The house also includes a guest home in the back yard. Original exterior features include columns on front porch, low-pitched gable roof, overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and beams. Upon entering the home you'll see the original features such as a glass bookcase, interior columns, and opening between kitchen and dinner area where the maid previously delivered food to the primary occupants. A few blocks south of the coliseum and USC. Large parking lot on the corner of Vernon Avenue and Menlo Avenue owned by a church. The parking lot has been used previously by studio productions. Updates such as paint, desert landscaping, and laminate flooring have been made to the property.
