ADDITIONAL FULL SERVICES
All furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. Host will work with guests on these elements and to make even their most outrageous requests a reality. Want white elephants and fire-breathing acrobats? Host will leverage their extensive contacts to make it happen and provide proposal.

Vintage storefront w/ speakeasy bar in the Mission
Our space is a curated vintage furniture store with multiple living-space vignettes brimming w/ vintage props and decor. Reclaimed wood and victorian tin paneling line the walls w/ dramatic tin-lined high ceilings overhead. We have a back room designed as a "speak easy" bar w/ a rustic wood bar, shelving, wood-lined walls, a loft accessible by rustic wooden ladder, and weathered wood floors. Store has two large front window displays for natural light, back space has two large skylights and dozens of lamps around the space for as much or as little light as needed.

Airy, sunny private space in the Dogpatch with a panoramic view of Pier 70 & the Bay, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator.

Located around the corner from 16th and Mission BART, our art gallery warehouse loft is centrally located and at most about a 20 minute commute from anywhere in San Francisco. There is metered street parking outside. The vibe is that of an industrial loft on the second floor of a former motorcycle shop turned architecture firm.

There is 1 1/2 restrooms, one on each floor. The space is located on the second floor and requires walking up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.
The space is a converted motorcycle shop originally built in the late 2000's and has many original qualities still intact. It served as an event space and art gallery for the past 10 years.
