About the Space

PHOENIX is a 6000 sq ft warehouse with lots of different space, areas and studios. This listing includes the use of the main space (wooden wall), conference room (white chairs) , lounge (teal wall) and outdoor patio. Note that only the conference room is suitable for sound recording as the main space has walls that are not floor to ceiling. For weekday bookings we require an 8 hour minimum and we can not include the lounge and patio areas. Weekday bookings are possible for the main space only (pricing stays the same). The Art Gallery (common area in between art studios) is available as an add on for $75 an hour. The Art Gallery is not private as studio artists may walk through to access their studios. This add on is only available for weekend bookings. If you need an extra space for staging, Hair and Make up , Talent waiting room, wardrobe etc. or you want to add another environment to shoot in, the Writers room ($50 an hr) or the photo studio ($75 an hr) are great add ons. These spaces have a completely different look from the main space and the patio. These 2 spaces are not sound proof. There are lots of windows and natural light, perfect for Commercial shoots, Creative projects, Photo/Film shoot.
