Airy, quiet, natural light studio in Dogpatch, perfect for photo and film shoots and other production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. For larger productions needing additional space, you can add one or both of our adjacent studios at a discounted rate:
