I need to raise awareness about this location. First of all the rate at the time of booking was very good. On the day I showed up, it took me 40 minutes to find parking. Getting into the building was straight forward. Upon entering it seemed so dark and dirty. Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned no toilet paper. In the actual studio there was debris and hair all over the floor. I spent 20 minutes sweeping everything up. I also booked this studio to record videos of my practice session, however there was literally loud banging drilling construction next door or directly above. The good thing about this studio is the rate. If you are using it for a casual practice, be aware of parking is almost impossible, and perhaps bring cleaning supplies.
