I threw a surprise party for my boyfriend at Michael's house. From the planning/communication to the party itself, it was truly incredible and I would highly recommend renting their home! Designed by the legendary Martin Kobus, this incredibly unique custom home is now available for filming, events, and meetings. The main floor consists of an expansive lounge area (with multiple conversation areas, a large, professionally equipped bar, lit shelving, a Steinway Grand Piano, and 9’x6’ backlit artwork), a chef’s kitchen, a dining room with built-in seating for 10, and a gold leaf powder room. Audiophile grade Meridian Audio speakers throughout (AirPlay compatible) Downstairs is a spa-like relaxation area, a professionally equipped gym, steam room, Executive office, and guest room, and laundry room. Upstairs is the primary bedroom and “The Retreat”, a velvet walled media room with hanging chairs, views of downtown, and a deck (ideal for fireworks viewing). The backyard has a built-in hot tub for 10, two large seating areas, two gas fire pits, a 10’ tall marble waterfall, a 65" TV, and an outdoor kitchen with a Lynx Professional Grill. Other amenities include: * Bar includes an 8 flavor soda gun and Nitro Cold Brew tap by Verve Coffee (can be converted to beer).
