If the event is more than 15 people, our onsite manager is required which is an additional $250 - $450 depending on the size of the event. Must keep entrance closed at all times. 12pm-12am - Everyone except event coordinators must be out of the premises by 2am. No music or loud noises or guests past 2am. The sound will be controlled and managed by the onsite manager the whole night. After 11pm the music can only remain in the music room and the bass must be lowered significantly while maintaining substantial volume. Both doors must always remain closed in the music room. No roof access at any time. No amplified sound outside of the music room. No red wine downstairs. No use of the organ is permitted Furniture and other moved items must be put back in its original state if rearranged. Do not drag furniture on the ground. See onsite host after the event for placement guidance. Absolutely no glitter or confetti allowed. No smoking inside and only two people at a time outside Absolutely no one on the roof at anytime
