I recently filmed a music video inside Signe's home and I cannot say enough good things. Each and every frame popped with color and style. My client was convinced we had hired art department and brought in thousands of dollars worth of props, but nope, it was all there and included in the rental. Great job, Signe. This Spanish Revival, built in 1926, is located in the Oakmore District near Dimond Park and Sausal Creek, with plenty of street parking. The house is a bit over 1,000 square feet. It is loaded with charming details like stucco archways, a fireplace nook, vibrant colors and a whimsical spirit. It has been designed by a published interior designer. There will be someone onsite or nearby during all photoshoots to help with anything clients might need and we can be available for walkthroughs before or after the shoot. Wifi is available and clients will have access to all rooms in the house as well as the backyard.
