Airy, sunny private space in the Dogpatch with a panoramic view of Pier 70 & the Bay, perfect for photo and film shoots and other business and production-oriented uses. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator.
