A classic early 20th Century San Francisco house that has been freshly remodeled. The front of the upstairs features an open plan living, dining, kitchen, bar, nook area with herringbone floors, original ceramic fireplace, light from the south, west, and above as well as a marble topped kitchen and bar area equipped for a chef. The rear of the upstairs contains two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bathroom features a distinct aesthetic with different tiles and wallpaper. The bedrooms face east and look out over the garden as well as neighboring houses. The upstairs connects to the lower level via a blue staircase. Downstairs there is one open media/living area that opens via accordion doors to the patio/garden area. There is also an office/bedroom with its own full bathroom with its own tile, wallpaper combination. Downstairs there is also a full, one car garage and breezeway.
