Local art gallery and event space located in the Castro in the heart of San Francisco! Bi-level, open floor-plan (larger main gallery level separated from smaller office level by two steps), 9ft ceiling, gallery gray concrete floors, toilet, kitchenette, and gated entry foyer. Natural light provided by all glass store front and dimmable track lighting. The space is 1,600 sq ft and can host 125 people, with assorted seating for 75 people.
Ideal for pop up events, corporate meetings, conferences, photo/film shoots, private events, theater rehearsals, and parties. Includes WIFI, in-house stereo system with 12 ceiling-mounted speakers and 3 ceiling-mounted subwoofers so you can adjust concurrent volumes for the gallery and office spaces. Venue located in the heart of the historic Castro District and easy access to public transit: 3-minute walk to metro Castro Muni station with connect to BART and Caltrain. Historic F streetcar line steps away.

Space offers Wifi, adjustable height tables, stools, chairs, coffee/tea, included in the fee. Upstairs loft space is available for an extra fee and is perfect for a DJ or small lounge area overlooking the main space. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. There is a sink, toaster oven, and bathroom available.
A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival and the host will help set up any food or equipment you bring. Our space is available for rent weekdays, evenings and weekends.
There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking a couple of blocks up. The space is also accessible by bus and streetcar.
