The space was perfect for our event. Everything looked just like the photos. It was easy to get to and very centrally located for our guests. The upholstered dining chairs around the table were filthy, and the floor needed to be swept and rug vacuumed - lots of dirt and dust. The space was fairly hot, it was an unusually hot day outside in SF, but we could not adjust the thermostat, unfortunately. The only downside was - to get to the space - you had to walk through several locked doors, for which you needed a code to pass through, and through many hallways. It was very obscure to arrive - but great once we arrived - and lots of natural light!

This house is as ridiculously nice as it looks! It was perfect for a 30th birthday cocktail party. Michael was fun to meet, very accommodating, and one of the fastest folks I’ve ever texted. The house was excellent and made for some great pictures and memories. Thanks Michael!
