As a producer there's so much I'm dealing with at any time and I'm so grateful for our host's responsiveness and being so accommodating to our needs. They made my life so much easier in that regard so I could focus on the hundred other things that needed my attention throughout pre-production and the day of the shoot. And of course the space is so cute! Great for filming family scenes. Would absolutely recommend!

Although the space was amazing the best part was Hilary and his family. They were wonderful to work with and super accommodating. We spent a day at pre-light a and a really long day shooting. They helped us out with every reasonable request we had - and we had many. I would definitely book this space again in a heartbeat. Thank you Hilary!

We were beyond happy with how our event turned out! Please go see this space in person if you’re on the fence. Robert, Tenee, Angel, and the rest of the crew go above and beyond accommodating your vision. We rented the very back room for a morning event we wanted to feel like an intimate conversation among our panelists and guests. I described the vision to Robert and when we arrived that morning, they had nailed it. Plus extra touches like putting our event graphic on the big screen, a welcoming chalkboard message, signage on the sidewalk and at the door to our space. My phone wasn’t hooking up to the speaker system and a young woman on staff played our music through her phone and left it with us for the entire event. As a bonus, events held in this space fund a career development program that the building is mostly used for. You’re supporting local business, young entrepreneurship, AND your event will be in kind, caring, capable hands. Our guests were executives from the US and around the world — India, Australia, many countries in Africa, UK — and this event was a top highlight of a packed 3-day agenda. Instagram-worthy bathroom was a fun extra surprise as well. Lastly, the location can’t be beat if you’re needing a space close to The Hill that isn’t thousands of dollars to rent. 10/10 We catered in light breakfast from Le Pain Quitidien, also an A+.

We filmed an interview for a documentary with a small crew. Chloe was very responsive during pre-production including sending us updated photos of the space ahead of booking. Our producer on site was very pleased with the space saying how nice and helpful Chloe was and even though the location is by a road, they didn't hear any traffic due to how insulated the house is. Would definitely recommend.
