About the Space
Full production studio on street level for ease of access, in downtown DC on a quiet street. Full studio gear on-site including professional lighting, stands, multiple set options, green screen, black/white/grey backdrops, and much more. Our team can assist with your production or simply provide access to the space for you to have complete creative control. Fast wifi, free parking, and complete sound and light control in the space. Audio recording booth for podcast recording and smaller set with two fireplaces, natural brick, clean white walls, bookshelves, full kitchen and bathroom. In the back, a makeup and waiting room will ensure your talent has a place to get ready. Load equipment in the back alley via two free parking spaces. A Magical Experience Beyond All Expectations! Wow, where do I even begin? I came into this just expecting to use the space, but what we got was so much more than we ever imagined. Not only is the venue stunning, but the team went above and beyond hundreds of times over to deliver an incredible experience. They didn’t just hand over the space, they set up all the lighting, provided professional cameras, handled the sound, and even had someone on-site producing the entire time! Every detail was managed with such care and expertise that it felt like we were on a professional production set. The level of service and attention to detail completely exceeded my expectations. I’d honestly recommend making a dedicated trip just to experience this space and the amazing team behind it. I can’t wait to book again and will absolutely be shouting from the rooftops for everyone else to do the same. If you’re considering this place don’t hesitate. It’s pure magic!
