Expansive kitchen and open family room with gas fireplace lead to a library, dining room and beautiful screened porch with wood burning fireplace. Backyard oasis includes dual stone patios with seating for 12+, fire pit and large fenced yard with garden path. Oversized mudroom directly off the kitchen provides access to two car garage and large driveway and parking for 6 with convenient location for staging and load in/load out. Lower level boasts a large home theater, gym and rec room. Second floor office(s) are available for use. Second floor bedrooms are only available for access on a case by case basis. Free wifi, printing and other amenities are available as part of booking.

Lauren was super responsive, very easy to work with, and very polite! I fell in love with the house, shooting was very easy and convenient! I highly recommend this location for something modern and upscale that simply looks amazing! Very little to no need for set-dec as the house has a pristine look, like out of an interior design magazine.
