This 1927 mid-century craftsman home possess tons of character. Great period details, immaculate hardwood floors and large windows. Ample lighting in every room. Ideal for film & photo shoots. Thoughtfully curated. Art, decor, furniture and other design details throughout. Beautiful views from the master bedroom, kitchen & outdoor patio offer a scenic backdrop of downtown Oakland/SF. Large backyard with ample seating and fire pit. Total lot size is 0.21 AC / 9,280 SF, above average for area. Camera equipment & lighting rental upon request. Parking in private driveway. Shooting at this space was an incredible experience. Over the years, we've done a lot of location shooting and this was hands down our favorite private home rental. Brandon (the host) also works in the industry and that is super helpful. You can tell the space has been thoughtfully staged and is really ready for you to just drop in and shoot. Plus there are so many different rooms that you instantly have lots of options all at one location. So, if this space is available for your dates, do yourself a favor and book it up. I just wish we could shoot all of our spots there!
