The Palace of Fine Arts - 120,000 sq. ft
Originally built for the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts features a Greco-Roman style Rotunda and Colonnades. These recognizable features make this landmark a truly emblematic piece of San Francisco history. The Palace is located near a large lagoon and is the former home of the Exploratorium and the current home of the Palace Theater and the Venue at the Palace of Fine Arts. In addition, the Palace is located in, perhaps, what is the most iconic area of San Francisco, right near Crissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge.
In 1915, the Presidio’s Bayfront, and what is currently known as the Marina District served as the location of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition. The Palace of Fine Arts was constructed as one of the many exposition halls used to showcase new technology and innovations.
During the 1915 Exposition, San Francisco welcomed over 18 Million guests from all around the world. The exposition lasted from February to December and covered 600 acres of land. This World’s Fair was a grand celebration. What was being celebrated? The completion of the Panama Canal. It was also a celebration of San Francisco, and the city’s ability to overcome hardship. Nine years earlier, the city endured the 1906 earthquake; a 7.9 magnitude quake that shook California along the San Andreas Fault.
By hosting this event, the San Francisco community was able to come together and build (or rebuild) buildings all around the city so that they could be used during the World’s Fair. This is how the Palace, and much of the Marina District, came to be. With hard work and determination, San Francisco proved itself to be the resilient and motivated city you see today. The Palace of Fine Arts serves as a reminder of the challenges that the city had to overcome, and the triumph the community felt when those challenges were conquered.

ADDITIONAL FULL SERVICES
All furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. Host will work with guests on these elements and to make even their most outrageous requests a reality. Want white elephants and fire-breathing acrobats? Host will leverage their extensive contacts to make it happen and provide proposal.

Luxe Russian Hill Private Garden Bungalow
This fully remodeled 1906 traditional / farmhouse single family home is situated behind a a stone facade and beautifully crafted gate that opens to a lush private tropical garden & brick patio, offering privacy and seclusion in Russian Hill. Open floor plan, skylights, 9.5 ft ceilings, hardwood floors (light maple), white walls and beautiful crown moldings throughout. Home exterior is painted forest green with white trim.
Enjoy views of bamboo and palms from the large brick patio below and from the Wisteria-framed deck above.
Rental of home includes:

-- Second floor: 1000 sq ft skylight-lit living area on second floor, including: Chef's kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and glass cabinets; kitchen dining nook; dining room w/ french doors to the deck; living room w/ wood-burning fireplace and french doors to the deck; office area; powder room; outside deck with table and seating for 6.
-- First floor: Guest bedroom suite (500 sq ft) includes bedroom, separate sitting room, and "Jack and Jill" marble bathroom, laundry. Master bedroom and master bath not included but can be negotiated if interested.
Rental also includes 2 car parking (1 private garage and 1 spot in driveway). 3rd car parking in garage negotiable.
The home is located on a cable car line, so noise should be taken into consideration for shoots. My windows are double-paned, and home is set back from the street, but you can still hear the trolleys from within the home.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is per listing, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster.
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

Classic San Francisco Edwardian home. The middle unit in a three story building. One short staircase up to an expansive space with lots of classic character.
Two fireplaces, modern chef kitchen, classic wood paneled study, three bedrooms with the opportunity to transform them into anything. Flooded with lots of natural light and a view onto the garden below.
Working in advertising, I'm infinitely familiar with production so am very comfortable opening up my home to production. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Located around the corner from 16th and Mission BART, our art gallery warehouse loft is centrally located and at most about a 20 minute commute from anywhere in San Francisco. There is metered street parking outside. The vibe is that of an industrial loft on the second floor of a former motorcycle shop turned architecture firm.

There is 1 1/2 restrooms, one on each floor. The space is located on the second floor and requires walking up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.
The space is a converted motorcycle shop originally built in the late 2000's and has many original qualities still intact. It served as an event space and art gallery for the past 10 years.
