Charming bohemian Venice Beach House (two) bedroom house with a huge rustic and unique backyard. The space showcases a wood burning pizza oven, an outdoor Bar, a Beach Love Shack, surrounded by sand, and it includes both a 1950 Royal Mansion Spartan trailer in mint condition and a Cobbler's workshop. Many props are on the property, such as famous designer mid century furniture and accessories from Denmark, Italy and USA, Surfboards and bicycles, owner also has a vintage Yamaha cafe racer, a classic vespa, off road motorcycles and many other vehicles (1977 green VW Westfalia Bus) he can rent for additional fee (please inquire if interested). The house is located (one) block from Abbot Kinney and (four) blocks from the Beach.

House and trailer reside on a 6,600 sq/ft property in the Hollywood neighborhood of Franklin Village. House is 1,700 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Trailer is a 16ft 1971 Aristocrat trailer with all original interior still in amazing condition. Van is a 1968 Dodge A-108 Sportsman Edition with a ton of custom touches throughout the exterior and interior. There's is ample parking for up to 7 cars on the property or a couple of production trucks. A food truck could also be pulled into the back area for events. Garage is available for staging or kraft services. For larger scale productions there is a church lot at the end of the street.
This cozy two bedroom two bathroom is 1100 soft. The interior of the home is a mid-century modern aesthetic with a rustic touch. The window-walls bring in great natural lighting, which gives the home a bright feeling.This home has a spacious back yard with a large grass area, and a patio. The exterior of this home is classic 1950s American, with the sage green color! ( also all the furnisher can be removed)
