Aesthetically pleasing location. You don't need an art team to fill up this place because it is already filled with unique antiques! The locations manager, Christopher D. was amazing with handling our last minute requests. The site rep, the owner of the cafe, was amazing and really helpful during our shoot as well. I would definitely come back to shoot at this cafe again!

Tips on How to Organize Themed Spaces in Los Angeles

Organizing a themed event in Los Angeles can be an exciting task, but it is also important to plan and prepare for the best outcome. Here are some tips for ensuring your event runs smoothly:

  • Determine your budget: Before anything else, consider how much you can spend on your event. This will help narrow down the list of potential venues that fit your price range.

  • Research different themed spaces: Look into all the different venues available in the area, and compare prices and services offered at each one. Make sure to read through any reviews or testimonials from previous customers.

  • Choose a space that fits both your budget and theme: Choose a venue that meets your financial needs and desired theme for the event. Consider all factors, such as size, amenities, decorations, and catering services, when making this decision.

  • Hire necessary services for your event: Depending on the event you are planning, you may need to hire outside vendors, such as caterers or entertainers, to ensure everything goes according to plan.

  • Invite guests: Now is the time to make a list of who you would like to invite to the event, and contact them with details about where and when it will take place!

  • Finalize the details: Once everything is set in motion, keep track of all final details leading up to the day of your event, such as decorations or equipment needed, so that everything comes together seamlessly!
