The studio is a 2,500 s.f. warehouse full of cool props to decorate your film set. We have plenty of on-site parking, with two large adjacent fenced lots. The warehouse is located in a residential area, with street parking plentiful as well.
Inside the shop you'll find:
- 50 ft. exposed brick wall
- a double-wide roll up garage door... super easy access, drive right inside to unload your gear.
- a rotating collection of large, vintage neon signs.
- a couple Harleys & dirt bikes.
- a 1951 Buick with killer natural patina.
-WWII era aircraft parts.
-Vintage wooden ammo boxes
-Cool antique car parts.
-Wood beam ceilings in one part of the warehouse, vaulted corrugated tin the other half.
-Old gnarly industrial windows (west-facing with streaking afternoon sunlight)

Friendly Neighborhood Convenience Store
My convenience store is located in Prince Plaza in the heart of South Los Angeles. There are several other businesses located in the plaza. There are 4 parking spots for my store, but there are over 20 spots in the lot to park.
Located on the corner of Manchester Ave and St. Andrews Place. Just a couple of miles away from the 110 and 405 freeways. About 2 miles from the Fabulous Forum and Hollywood Park. And just a short drive from LAX.
Moderate foot traffic in the plaza.
NEW-FILMING ONLY Empty Storefront with Parking
BRAND NEW, but old Storefront in the heart of Valley. This is available only for Filming and Photoshoots. Available 24/7. About 1500sf of open space. AS IS.
Please note there is NO POWER or BATHROOMS in this location. Both can be provided from a close by building on the lot.
If you're filming past 8pm. Security is required. We can provide one for an additional $50 per hour or you can bring your own. Security must be there until end of shoot there. This is a big parking lot and we just want you to enjoy and be safe in this space.

Gas station Car wash and Shop
Huge gas station with car was and shop is available for filming . From 9 pm to 6 am. For daytime filming contact me. No smoking, alcohol or nudity is allowed. You need to have production insurance our company name included.

Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
