My studio space is specialized for dance class for all ages but is also best for fitness class, yoga, and meditation. Also open for any types of events, celebrations, private gatherings, photoshoots or filming.
Intimate, Cozy and versatile, that describes our unique loft event space. We can accommodate up to 100 people, ideal for birthday parties, production and filming, live music events and more! Equipped with a stage, VIP sections and table seating. Tables and chairs are available as apart of venue rental. Decorating also available at an extra cost, name your theme and colors and we've got you! , at our one stop event space, and venue.
We are a beautifully designed boutique yoga studio in the heart of Mar Vista on Venice Blvd with the following spaces:
- front desk reception area & boutique
- 2 treatment rooms for massage or acupuncture
- large, light and airy yoga studio with skylights and white flooring
- open air garden studio lined with plants and covered with gold & white shades
Our venue is multi-functional, versatile and spacious. The 7,200 sq. foot space is divided into three smaller rooms in the front with a combination of exposed brick walls and luxurious wallpaper and chandeliers, and a large art gallery/ballroom-style space in the main hall with white brick walls, bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floor, four impressive chandeliers, a bar, stage and balcony.
One of the smaller rooms in the front is designed as a Victorian-style boudoir, another a cigar room/library, and the third one a Victorian-style parlor/sitting room.
The main hall's open space lends itself to a variety of set-ups, including long tables for weddings, product launch events, photography, music video and film shoots. With dozens of eclectic pieces of furniture and other decoration that come with your rental, you can dress up this place to make it your own.
A staircase from the main hall leads to the balcony that is set up as a restaurant/VIP section.
The rental also includes a club-style restroom with two men's and two women's stalls. A second restroom is a Victorian-style unisex, handicap accessible restroom.

WE HAVE DIFFERENT RATES FOR FILM PRODUCTION, EVENTS AND MEETINGS.
We have A/C/heater in the entire building. We charge $10 per hour for A/C/heater usage. For events, the $245 rate is for up to 150 guests and there is a $200 cleaning fee.
There is an additional charge for our state-of-the-art sound system and stage lights. We can discuss the rates during your scout.
We open the doors at the start time you requested.
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments.
Some of the art work at the venue can be used only with the artist's release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot.
Please do not remove books from the library shelves.
The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor.
Please return all furniture and props to their original place.
It's best that you take before photos.
We reserve the right to charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place.
Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls.
Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts.
Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items.
There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for any cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal. If you use glitter, we will charge a $100 cleanup fee unless you clean it up yourself.
We do not allow the use of drugs during film or music video production unless they are used as props. No alcohol consumption is allowed during film production.
The number of people in your booking request should include all cast and crew, extras, guests, family members and anyone else who will be physically present inside the venue.

Studio C is a 3,000 sq ft space that has professional sprung dance floors and 23 foot high bow truss ceilings. It works perfectly for filming, photoshoots, events, and offsite trainings, workshops, rehearsals, etc. Bathrooms, stage area, sound system, screen/projector, and disco light in place. Free adjacent parking lot available. Additional space rentals, furniture rentals, and event planning services available. Please message any inquiries.
A large cafeteria-style hall with tile floors lined with pillars.
Cap 150. Has a large, industrial-style kitchen attached. Well suited for events and presentations where food is served. Stage is equipped with a couple banks of stage/party lighting.
Designated a historical landmark. Hand painted ceilings and lots of available space make this the prefect place for your production!
The Club was founded by showbiz heavyweights including Charlie Chaplin, Rudolph Valentino and Cecil B. DeMille. The property was a destination where the A-list stars would go to work out. Some of its amenities included an Olympic sized swimming pool, a gymnasium, a tower with hotel rooms, a series of larger garden suites, a restaurant, cigar stand, barbershop, haberdashery, steam rooms, saunas, handball and racquet ball courts and game rooms. The Club has experienced a major restoration, a return to its original form. It is currently available as a creative office space, event venue, restaurant space and as a filming location. The Nourmand family acquires ownership of the property in 1986 with a commitment to preserving the architectural integrity of the Hollywood landmark.

This large industrial creative space is ideal for off-site events, workshops + master classes, production office, rehearsal space, virtual reality shoots. Also available for photo shoots, film shoots, music videos, set builds, pop-up events and gallery. Open 24/7. However, no amplified music is allowed outside of the venue and all music must end by 10:00pm. We value our neighbors (which are a mix of residential and commercial) and request that doors remain shut unless you are hosting a public project and guests remain inside of the venue during the project.

We are music venue set up for any type of performance. We host weekly live shows where an eclectic mix of some of LA's most talented performers come to perform. Our space is set up to hook up your DJ equipment.
Every booking comes with our trained sound engineer who will help you set everything up for your show. Bookings also come with a door and concessions staff.
Our VIP green room is separate and private so the performers have space to prepare for the show and enjoy themselves.
