Items all present day some items from a range of periods, endless ways to use this work space while we cannot.

Our rooftop has been recently renovated and provides a clear and clean backdrop and surrounding ideal for any photoshoot or videoshoot. The floor, and the rooftop itself has been painted white to provide ideal lighting on any given day. There is a view of the DTLA skyline as well as various elements that have been preserved to provide an industrial look. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas.
The given regular available times are (Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM) .

- If any of the crew members or talent fails to follow these rules, the will be subject to a fine, to be determined, and will be removed by the staff immediately.
- Rules will be enforced regardless of prior knowledge.

Iconic commercial building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles in the Financial District right across the new InterContinental Hotel on the iconic Wilshire Blvd. The building and the office space inside are prime for filming locations.
Ideal for any size ranging from a single private office or conference room to an entire floor. Two or more floors can be made available in the building along with the lobby and rooftop. Furniture is available to use onsite (subject to change).
We've worked with small to large sized productions ranging from photoshoots, music videos, commercials to feature films. We understand the industry so we make it easy for you and your team to shoot in our office spaces!

Event Venue, Full service Film Production stage in the center of LA. Located on the edge of Koreatown, convenient to all freeways, we are an adaptive use space housed in 100 year-old brick warehouses with tons of character and history. We have three adjacent warehouse spaces that all connect. When renting from us you have the option of booking one space or all.
Whether shooting film, music videos, photo shoots, dance videos or interviews, or booking events including private parties, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, concerts, pop-up dinners, record release, film screenings, brand activations, fashion shows or pop-up retail, we’ve got you covered. You can design the rooms to fit your needs. There is ample room to set up catering, bar services, green room, wardrobe/makeup or media center. Combining all stages is perfect for shoots or events that need unlimited space. Our warehouses are completely light and sound isolated. We can handle any size film production and events within occupancy guidelines. All are welcomed, whether big or small!
Included in the rental is power, WIFI, lighting, A/C, five fully stocked bathrooms, as well as a limited supply of production tables and chairs. Let us help you make it happen! We promise to make your booking a productive, hassle-free success!

We require you to book our site rep for events to open and close the space. The representative will be welcoming your guests. They will monitor the entrance and deal with any issues. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and it is mandatory. We also require you to hire our security depending upon occupancy. All events require our site rep to be onsite at all times.

The design is inspired by the 1920’s New York bar style with dark wood inlaid paneling and brick walls, marble countertops with nicely lite bar displays. , chandeliers and golden mirrors,cocktail and lounge seating

The place features:
- Main Stage (1550sq ft including stage and bar areas) -> Stage (Upright Piano, Drums, Microphones), Sound Stage, Bar with Cocktail Seating, French inspired bent wood tonet Chairs and Bistro tables for Seating (the tables and chairs can be moved into any other room and the outside patio). The Main Stage has access to a marble tiled bathroom.
-Second Stage (700sf including stage and bar areas) -> Stage (Drums, Microphones), Sound Stage, Bar with Cocktail Seating, French inspired bent woof Tonet Chairs and Bistro tables for Seating (the tables and chairs can be moved into any other room and outside patio). The second stage has access to a restroom and the outside patio.
The piano cannot be moved off the Main Stage unless movers are hired.
All stage lighting being moved must be approved in advance.
Any haze must be water-based.
Lounge/ Entrance Area- (700 sq sf) > A beautiful decor with mirrors and floor to ceiling velvet curtains framing the room. Leather booth and chairs are on the right side of the room, a back bar on the left. The room has access to both stages and a handicap marble tiled restroom.
Greenroom (160 sq sf) -> Long hardwood Starck benches with leather details. The room has access to the Lounge Room and Main Stage.
Outside Patio (750 sq sf) -> Framed in Podocarpus hedges and string lights for a nice ambient light. Furniture can be moved to the outside for events and shoots.
Entire Space: 300 attendees
Main Stage: 175 attendees
Small Stage: 50 attendees
Lounge/ Patio: 50 attendees per location
Since we are an operating music venue the hours are from 5am- 5pm Monday- Sunday.
