Beautiful location for our daughter's wedding. We had breakfast for the whole wedding party, then a nice morning wedding in the beautiful back garden. The flowers made a beautiful backdrop for the party. For a small wedding, the location was perfect, affordable, and just the right size. The hosts were very nice, and we couldn't have been ahppier with our decision. We didn't have a good space, but with a small wedding, all the event spaces are just too expensive. This kept our budget low, so for an informal wedding, this was a great place to have it. Thanks so much!

Open areas on all sides of the house made a charming backdrop for our breakfast mixer. Nice to get out of the restaurants and hotels for a more casual event during our conference. Really great location for us.

Our 760 square foot storefront has concrete floors and a living wall of plants, complimented by modern custom shelving units in warm alder wood. The space is ideal for shoots requiring: a boutique, a florist, an upscale loft, a small business office, a cafe, a coffee shop, a workshop, a yoga studio, etc. The shop has a modern style that can lean towards boho. The tables in the center of the shop are dining height and can be moved together to create a long dining table or two smaller ones. The rear area of the shop has an additional wooden farm table that seats 10. We have 20 bronze metal chairs that are included in your rental price and can be used for cafe scenes. The space has one restroom and two guaranteed parking spots. Additional parking spots in the large rear parking lot may be negotiated. If the space is left in the same condition as it was found, no cleaning fees will apply. This includes trash removal, tape, supplies, etc. If the space is not cleaned a $125 cleaning fee with apply. We can accommodate shoots that run longer than expected whenever possible but OT will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate. All clean up and set up must happen within the scheduled times, clean up occurring after scheduled time will be billed as overtime. Weekend bookings must be 8 hours or longer and run $175/hour on Saturday, $150/hour on Sunday. Weekday rate is $110/hour. These rates are for indie/student productions (15 or less cast and crew). Professional productions and productions of over 15 people are charged standard production rates. The representative will be welcoming your guests and escort each and one of them into the venue. During the event, they will be standing outside monitoring the entrance and be available for anything you might need during your event, This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. Backyard area closes at 11pm and at 00:00 on Saturdays. our site rep will start getting everybody inside 15 min prior to the curfew time.
