About the Space

Located in the heart of Toronto next to Kensington Market, our space offers a unique location for your event with a grand, open, historical auditorium space of over 3800+ square ft which accommodates up to 268 persons. Fitted with a tall cathedral ceiling and a mirrored wall, this is CecilVenue's main space for rentals. Ranging from weddings to festivals to corporate conferences, our space can be used for any and all purposes! In the center of our auditorium is a wooden floor, perfect for dancing and socializing. Chairs(170+) and round tables(15) come included in the rental price. All our rentals come with an event crew to help you set up and run your event as stress-free as possible! We offer a special rate for non-profit organizations of $150/hour, as well as customized rates and deals for certain groups depending on budgetary needs. Additional Optional Packages AV Package ($20/hour): comes with 2 speakers and stands, 2 microphones and stands, A projector, and access to a large (220-inch) projector screen Extras Package ($20/hour): comes with access to up to 4 ping pong tables and a billiards table
